Interesting, but I am puzzled why someone got jailed for 3 months for using threatening abusive language, there should logically be a lot more jail sentences handed out, as sadly this sort of thing happens a lot.

I am not sure why this case is different. It surely can't be because it's RPIs can it? Do they get more 'protection' in the law than other people?

I'm not saying 3 months is wrong, but I just can't understand why this isn't done more often? :?

Some guards have told me that when they are threatened by drunks BTP do very little about it, just give them a warning.
