I took my nice new BMX on the train last night and one thing had never occurred to me, I have sets of stunt pegs both front and back on the bike and in the pandemonium at Temple Meads a fair few people managed to shove past me in the crowds only to be shinned by the big pegs sticking out 6 inches. They are metal and pretty solidly mounted. I can't actually remove them when out and about as they are racked tighter than an Eskimos and sackto stop them spinning on grinds.

If someone wanted could they actually get me in trouble for some sort of assault or anything?

Hopefully not, although in this "no win, no fee" world I wouldn't be massively surprised if someone did try.

Haha. Well done, there were times I used to want to but spikes like those on Boedicias chariot on the sides of my guards bag.

Hmmmm, Now why does that sound tempting ;)

Speaking of bikes and stations, there's one thing ive noticed and hate lately. Commuters vs Cyclists. Mostly seems to happen at my local station (ive had it at others too), but what's started to annoy me lately is when im carrying my mountain bike up/down the stairs to the platforms, These commuter type (or Penguins) would just come along in their suits and barge past me. I'll let people past, but when they just treat you as if your invisble and it's their right of way...

Grrrrr, Mini rant over!

Is always entertaining at Baker Street (Where bikes are sometimes allowed) when someone tries to take one down on the Jubilee Line, or has changed onto it at Finchley Road; only to get turned round by SATS duty or having one of the revenue guys give them a bit of a telling off...
