RTT is showing for the coming week a daily number of Class 5 empty stock moves from Blackburn to Lancaster and return via Hellifield. Are these simply the rerouting of existing movements - or route learning runs?

WCML freight is mostly diverting via the ECML this week

The WCML is also closed north of Gretna Junction, so Anglo-Scottish freight is being
diverted via the ECML for the next ten days.

Cant see anything going round that screeching F & M curve at Carnforth unless absolutely neccessary
