How can you mistake a railway staff member in full uniform for a bible basher?

Answer: Put the staff member in a First uniform!

What happened?

You can't do a post like that and leave us guessing ;)

Did someone ask you how the Earth was created in 7 days (or whatever it is, I can't be bothered to look it up ;)) rather than ask you for the next train to London? :P

I was walking to one of my two local bus stops and some little old lady asked me if I was a member of some bible fearing group because of the First logo on my jacket! Without any hesitation, told her no and walked off.

I mean how can you confuse the F for anything else?

Weird. I bet you've since come up with a few witty retorts that you wish you'd said there and then too!

You bet I do! Still, you know what they say about uniforms and women and how it attracts them, ;)

I'm not sure a First uniform is quite up there with fire, police, army or doctor!

Well the last few times I've been chatted up is in the uniform so it must do something for someone then must it!

Come on mate! Give yourself some credit! Is your self-esteem that low that you attribute a bit of female attention to your uniform! Tongue in cheek of course. :)

Slightly disappointing. I was hoping for a much more interesting story! :| Nevermind, maybe next time! ;)
