If you are a walker, the West Yorkshire Day Rider is a good ticket, £4.95 for Seniors. The pm off peak restriction is unfortunate but it is a convenient ticket for walks like Ilkley to Bingley over the moor, Oxenhope or Stanbury to Hebden Bridge, Cragg Vale top to Marsden for example. That's coming from Leeds or Wakefield.

Derbyshire Wayfarer is great. £17, includes all buses also, and crosses the chinley/new mills fare boundary saving a load of money. Huge flexibility for different routes and modes of transport to go for long walks or when cancellations and delays. Today I did Long Eaton to Cromford, cycled to Buxton, train to Ilkeston. £50ish if buying tickets on the spot

Though that price is only for West Yorkshire-issued ENTCS pass holders. Those from outside the county will pay the full adult rate of £9.90 (or £11.90 for two with a family ticket, only available with the MCard app or at staffed stations)) with no railcard discounts.
