Oh god, no it wouldn't. Yuck. Orange just looks vile on anything to my eye. It screams "B&Q" :lol:
I actually really like the yellow.
Slightly off topic but proper Block&Quayle is thus... :D :D :D

Do you remember the colour of the approved bus livery that was used in this region in the bygone days of SELNEC?
I actually do, as my mother grew up in Bolton during that time, and I have seen many pictures and the recent heritage repaint.
Vomit-inducing.

Ironically wasps are more uniformly yellow than bees, the latter tending to be more amber/orange if you get within “bee hi-five” range it’s very obvious.

But nobody wants to be associated with wasps.
