Does anyone know how to get freight timetables and general info on freight trains pasing from wanstead park to woodgrange park in that direction on the gospleoak to barking line?

try Opentimetrains or Realtimetrains.

Search in google to find website. Open time trains shows planned paths but not all will be used real time trains gives up to date information, for the most part.

Given the unusual (unidirectional) nature of the request,
I assume you are looking at a flat/house in that area,
on the north side of the line?

Unfortunately, it is quite a busy section of line for freight freight traffic,
and more to the point, it is expected to get a lot busier in the coming
months and years as it will be the main route for container trains to
the new port at London Gateway.

So please bear that in mind when looking at current traffic levels!
