Boarding 862005 I found a bike not hung obstructing the corridor and doorway on so had to go up the platform to the next bike cupboard.
Attached photos show bike successfully stored on 862005 and the hanger bracket geometry on 862013 is different.
On 862013 unable to insert same wheel on hanger.
I think the bracket length may be different.
Tyre is 26x1.75, which is a common specification.
If hanger geometry varies and doesn't work reliably, perhaps the other cyclist couldn't hang the bike successfully? Even so, if that had been me I would have stayed with the bike to help keep it out of the way.
