ATO on the Bakerloo, Piccadilly and W&C lines

Sorry If I'm posting questions that might have been answered but I am curious... When will the Bakerloo, Piccadilly and the Waterloo and City get ATO? The drain could have had it years ago due to how short the line is. The Piccadilly line trains come soon but will still run manual for a while. I have a feeling that the Bakerloo will be the last to get ATO out of the three remaining manual lines.

Piccadilly Line resignalling funding deferred.
Bakerloo Line Lewisham extension/resignalling funding
deferred.
W&City current trains not fitted for ATO, line resignalled when upgraded 1990-1993
