He was a well known software publisher, try googling his name plus something like simulator - there are loads of matches, might be buried somewhere in that.

I already did it and unfortunately have not found anything (only stuff for BBC Micro, C=64, ZX Spectrum and Amstrad CPC). I hoped that somebody had archived the files for PC here as well...
