Southport have taken delivery of nine ADL Enviro 400 double deckers for the 375/385 Southport to Wigan service. The fleetnumbers are 4575-4583. They entered service last Saturday and so far seem to be popular with both drivers and passengers.
I have had 4581 on the 375 the other Day, it was a decent Bus but i do wonder how the body will cope once they been in service a couple of years as the 58/09 examples at Bootle already do some rattling and some poles are held into place with Weekly Ticket Wallets

The X reg Darts and ALX 200's time are up as Arriva St Helens 2213, 2242 and 2269 are all on the back wall withdrawn from service, the last V reg Dart 2350 is also with them. X Reg Darts at Green Lane are also due to bite the dust however a few (2207, 2217 and 2219) have been given a little bit of extra life and gone on loan to Runcorn Depot to cover a Bus shortage at the Depot.
2 Buses are also due to leave Bolton Depot on the 26th October following a PVR reduction to service 537 (Service going from a 15 Min service to half hourly)

In a shock move Arriva St Helens have gained 2 Double Deckers, Them being Wright Gemini 1's 4200 (Y581 UGC) from Birkienhead and 4214 (LF02 PKO) from Bootle! its unclear if they are permanent or on loan (i assume long term loan until the new deckers arrive) i will know for sure on Mon or Tuse.
Dart withdrawals at St Helens so far are 2209 (X209 ANC) 2213 (X213 ANC) 2242 (X242 HJA) 2350 (V580 DJC) and ALX 200 2269 (X269 OBN)
