After applying for the above mentioned job, it was advertised as Permanent position, but today I was told it would only be offered as 12 month fixed term contract.
If anyone has any advice working at the depot, do they tend to take on contractors after the initial term?
I have already been burned by one depot being a contractor for 5 years and suddenly let go. Any advice appreciated, thanks in advance.
