Maybe we should have said that the 'under caution' at the time of the statement being taken does not constitute a Police caution so for this example the answer would be a no, if there are any other things you need to take into account then you would have to assess each situation!

The details will NOT go onto any Police record, As previous replies have told you, the settlement is an alternative to Criminal proceedings.

I am sure that the details WILL be held by the Company's Prosecutions Department for a period of time (I can't advise on how long) as a reasonable record of activity in the course of monitoring and detecting fare evasion and protecting their revenue. This means that if you come to the Company's attention again, then the information on this MG11 form might be available for their consideration.
