Does anyone have a link to the thread in question? For those who didnt see it originaly, like myself, it would help those get a better understanding.

I dont like lies, but at the same time how many liars DO actually own up to them?
I hope you have learnt a lesson from this Neil, but much credit to you for coming clean and apologising to forum members.

Just out of pure interest, what was it all about? A prank that got out of hand? Or just to get a reaction out of people? Just interested what was going on in the old "shell like" when you made those posts because surely you realised there would be people in the know who post on here?

Maybe a lonely soul who sought attention, just wanted to be part of the "rail crowd"?

No harm done in the real world.

Yes, the right way to go about that is to make up some bull about LM owning LHCS
The fella has issued an open apology to all. I don't think anyone on here was asked to analyse the apology, reasons behind it, or help make up anyone's mind about it.

It matters not one bit why he lied, but he has come out and apologised about it and some still seem content to kick a little sand in the face whilst he is down. Can't think it puts you on any sort of moral grounding to judge when you can make such cheap remarks.

Well said. The guy's done the hardest thing and owned up and apologised. Why can the membership not accept it and move on? We've all made mistakes before...

100% agree. The way some people are carrying on you'd be forgiven for thinking an actual serious crime had been committed.

Must admit I'm with the last few posters on this one. Can't we just move along without kicking a guy whilst he's down?
