Spotted At Waterloo Jubilee Line,

I'm sure I've seen other letters also.

Black "R", surmounted by white cross "X" on red background. To reverse reads "115/297/285". This sign denotes to a train operator that the train radio system is not working in the area. It is similar to a "T off", tunnel telephone not working, sign.
