Tue 20/02/2018 - 10:34 MB A tram has derailed and turned over in Wommelgem, near Antwerp. The derailment has blocked one of the slip roads onto the E313 motorway. According to the Flemish public transport company De Lijn, three passengers and the driver have been slightly injured.
De Lijn’s spokeswoman Sonja Loos told VRT News that “The tram was made up of two carriages and one of them derailed and turned over. We are still unclear about what exactly happened.”

All those that were injured were able to be got out of the tram safely. The Antwerp tram route 8 is being diverted. It is as yet unclear as to how long the diversion will remain in force.

Tue 20/02/2018 - 11:00 MB 25 people have been injured in an accident involving a bus and a tram in the Antwerp district of Deurne. The accident happened at around 7:30am on Tuesday morning.
A tram was involved in a head on collision with an articulated bus. Around 25 people were slightly injured.

The accident happened at the junction of the August Vandeweilelei and the Ruggeveldlaan. For an as yet unclear reason the tram took a left turn.

The bus driver saw the tram too late and crashed head on into it. The bus driver was trapped in his cab and had to be freed. Around 25 passengers were injured.

There were large traffic jams in the immediate aftermath of the accident.

The first one is worryingly reminiscent of Croydon, though thankfully without the death toll.

From the report into the tram/bus crash it looks like the tram took a 'wrong' turn for whatever reason, which the bus driver was not expecting and, if true, makes it a very different scenario from when the bus and tram collided in Croydon, with loss of life, some years ago.

P.S. I wonder whether the bus is a feeder to the tram, noting the respective route numbers 410 and 10: could just be a coincidence, though.
