Anglia Day Rover

Hello all,

At some point in the near future I will be using an Anglia Plus Day Rover. Part of the journey requires me to catch the 08:23 Norwich to Sheringham. Now, according to National Rail's website, the Rover is valid from Norwich on a Sheringham train after 08:23 - does this mean I can travel on the 08:23, or do I have to wait?

just out of interest, if the wording specifically says 'after 0823' then why - or does it actually say 'on or after 0823'?
