should you really post the link directly to the .exe file? It'd be better to link to the page it's on so I can see if I trust the website.

OK I will get the site again, but it was from trainsimcentral so it should not have virus.

Hotlinking to files (especially executables) is unwise.
That also appears to be TSC storage webspace more than anything else (there is no website built on it) so the link has been completely removed.
If you can find a website (that is not a forum) where the train is hosted or one that links to the file then you can post the link of that.
