it's an 'all line rover', clues in the name...
If it wasn't I'm guessing it'd be breaking the trade descriptions act, as all line has a pretty clear meaning and it's not 'excludes selected lines).

It doesnt cover Heathrow Express or Connect and is time limited on certain routes into London
No Heathrow Express but it does cover Heathrow Connect between London Paddington and Hayes and Harlington.

That wouldn't stop certain Southeastern OBMs who see their services on HS1 as something special rather than the overpriced commuter service that it is.

HS1 is on the All Line Rover map so take a copy of that if in doubt
