Adriatic Ferries (Croatia - Italy)

Can anyone tell me if there are ferries running from Split (or any other Croatian port) across the Adriatic to Italy in mid March? The 21st would be ideal but we are flexible either side of that.

I have tried a few websites but can not find anything definite - also there is no Thomas Cook TT at present to check with.

Yes, there is (for example) an overnight ferry from Split to Ancona leaving at 21:00 on 20th March.

Thank you for your replies.

It now looks like we will not require the ferry after all. (:cry. Due to working commitments some require a Sunday flight home so it now looks like two nights in Dubrovnik instead of a side trip to Italy & San Marino.

Still might use the ferry later on in the year.
