Neither can Wikipedia or the the official BP web site!
All I can find is that as you say it was in December 1991, but I've found no specific dates.

According to this clip restoration began shortly after 1968 by the preservation society and was renamed by the Blue Peter TV presenters Peter Purvis, John Knokes and Valery Singleton on 11th November 1970 (as stated and shown on the curtain covering the loco) - Not sure where the December 1971 reference comes form, as even the descriptive text for the video quotes this date !
It was then renamed again on 11th December 1991 as can bee seen a little later in the clip

Thanks, no idea how I missed that at YouTube, and I wonder if one of my photos shows the curtain with the date on? Anyway much appreciated.
Update: I'm pleased to say I didn't miss the date on the curtain - it's behind someone's head in my photos! So now just searching for that first run date.

More importantly, does anyone have an update on overhaul progress please? I know that Crewe are presently putting 70000 Britannia back together, and I'm hoping that 60532 is next in the queue.
