What does "PA" stand for?377/4s are done and some 377/1s have been refurbed...
My guess is this 387 needed a bit more work than normal to bring it up to spec for PA.

PA is a general term used outside of trains used to refer to an audio announcement system. PIS is rail specific and includes the screens inside the train as well, CIS (Customer Information System) is the station equivalent.Or PIS (Passenger Information System)?
