00 gauge smoke unit for a diesel

Hi all

Can anybody tell me if you can get a smoke unit fitted to a 00 gauge diesel, if so, who does it, and how much would it cost?

Yes, you should be able to fit a smoke unit into a diesel. There are quite a few variants of Seuthe smoke unit - do a bit of internet searching to find the right size for your needs. In terms of price: as a rough guide, The Signal Box lists one of the Seuthe units for £23.75.

Have a look on YouTube too - you may find useful reviews by other modellers. There is a brilliant clip I saw last week, where a guy has a variable-speed fan assisted smoke for his Deltic - it created the perfect Napier 'clag'!
