Ok, so my Crewe -> London Z1-6 worked fine at the barriers at Slough station (both going out of, and going back in), also showed it a guard to get out of the station -- even though Slough is in Zone 7. Going for my refund tonight :)

Sweeeeet! If it works :) Too late to get a refund now. Admin fee is £10 i believe. On the journey tomorrow, i'll just show my Crewe -> Z1-6 ticket, and hide the London Terminals -> Slough one (just to see if the guard notices) Watch this space :) Cheers!

Ok, have gone and bought the monthly season tickets (plural!). Got 1 month and 3 days: Ticket 1) Crewe to London Zones 1-6 (£1003.00) Ticket 2) London Terminals to Slough (£212.00) The lady suggested i could get ticket 1 approx £55 cheaper by excluding Underground travel, but i'd have to...

Pants :( What i will have to instead then is: Ticket 1) From Crewe to London zones 1-6 (£910.50) Ticket 2) From London Terminals to Slough (£192.40) This is an extra £112!

Hi, Wondered if someone could help me out here. Have been reading some posts here, and Googled. I *think* what i'm trying to do is legit, but not totally sure. I need to buy a monthly season ticket from Crewe to Slough. This ticket doesn't exist though, so i have to buy 2 tickets...
