A short reflection would be that the the crew of the 06:45 & the 10:10 were great and treated there passengers like humans unlike the first class crew of the 09:42 coventry departure but all in all i found most crews to be freindly

Few updates i am now at birmingham international as i caught the 13:22 AWC service which was delayed. I'm now chilling in there lounge untill i work out how to get back on track.
Train crew on train #5 really plesant shortly before int'll offerd me a T and some breakfast. Cabin is very presentable and clean. For the staff to run this type of service on a train nearly 1hr behind gets an automatic 11/10 from me.
In short i told her i was reviewing her service and she laughed strait into my face. Becouse of my autisom she caused me great distress and because i did not want an altication i thought it best to alight at b'ham newstreet
