Hi - how long do you get paid on the training grade salary for? Do you transfer onto your "true" grade salary right after signalling school or is there more training to be completed before you get off your training salary?

Yes this is the list from HR per the job advert and therefore expected any job offers to be based upon it, rather than all 12 month FTC (assuming that is the case). Perhaps after the 12 month FTC these are the positions/grades that will be available as permanent

Slightly frustrating given the job advert did not qualify that but said: Opportunities available will be Signalling grades 2-8, across multiple locations within a 60 minute radius of York ROC With the volumes being taken on I am slightly concerned it may not be so easy to make FTC a Permanent one
