Megabus lost property

thank you and sorry for my very late reply. it was Birmingham to Southampton Dec 15 - arriving Southampton at 2 pm and then terminating in Portsmouth. It was actually my son and he has had no luck but is trying to make a claim.

Having left a bag on Megabus and doing everything to get it back (with no luck) I just wondered if anyone has successfully retrieved lost luggage from Megabus (and whether you have any tips). We've filled in forms, contacted customer service, emailed the CEO but the bag (large) has completely...
