Yeah being straight down the line with recruitment is fine but anyone thinking putting 12 months training in to a 70 year old is a good idea or makes business sense is being a bit silly

Yeah it seems to be a very slow process I was told I’d passed the online tests a month ago and still no idea if I’ll get an interview for either position I’m just trying to forget about it until I hear something but it’s quite difficult

Had an email saying I was under consideration for the role with the hiring manager at both the positions I applied for. Means nothing at all but I was happy to hear I was still in the game Probs 3.5 weeks since I was informed I’d passed the tests Slow process

An assessment that’s a full day? And then 4 of you are definitely going home disappointed anyway That would be very hard to take

Passed the online assessments Got two applications going so hopefully at least one chooses to interview me

Done my tests The maths and verbal reasoning were fine. I think I’ve done ok on them Not sure on the other one though, seems a strange test to me tbh and often times one or two answers seemed reasonable options so hopefully I’ve selected the one they were wanting for most likely I’m not...

5th day tomorrow since I’ve been sent the links so I’ve gotta do the tests tomorrow morning and I haven’t had chance to do a single practice test yet and doubt I will Worked 65 hrs already this week and will be at work until 0200-0300 tonight ffs (finish around 75hrs overall, common occurrence)...
