Just received an email to tell me I’ve been unsuccessful (for Leeds). I did email them yesterday asking for an update as it’s been 6 weeks since my telephone interview but at least I know now. Good luck to those who made it.

No worries pal. I do wish they just sent an email stating this but I guess they can’t give too much away of their recruitment process and tell everyone everything as there’s so many applicants.

Look at my post above yours mate. They sometimes email you weeks later once the positions have all been filled and let you know then.

Ah well that’s annoying but fair. I think I was in the same position with TPE when I applied there, didn’t get any kind of email then 4 weeks later they emailed to say the positions have Been filled. Well done to those who made the first cut!

I’m still waiting and I was one of the very first ones to do an interview. The emails seem to be going out in no set order by depot or telephone interview date etc. which is frustrating but it is what it is.

Week commencing 30th March.

My interview was one of the very first ones, I think I took the 2nd earliest time slot available in the first week. I’m still waiting to hear back. So maybe they aren’t doing it based on that but rather depot? Or maybe i haven’t made it and they just haven’t put me out of my misery yet :E

The people who are hearing back, which depot did you apply for? I haven't had an email yet and as always it's the anticipation that kills you haha!

When did you guys do the tests if you don’t mind me asking? Sorry to hear you didn’t pass, onwards and upwards though we all know how hard the process of becoming a driver is. Stick at it and hopefully we all get there one day!

I did the test earlier today mate along with the SJT and haven’t received a response yet. After the first two parts and concentrating intensely for a while, I can definitely see how someone creeping up on you would have been a distraction. I probably would have been the same, I done the test in...

That was quick... when did you actually do it? I thought it would take a lot longer to receive results. Keep your head up pal other opportunities will come up, we all know how long of a process this can be.

Done the tests there. SJT is pretty standard. On the VSE, it's not too hard but the 3rd part can definitely be a little bit tricky when you have to do both at the same time. I did get it wrong a couple of times when doing that but fingers crossed, just a waiting game now.

Just to clarify, do results of this VSE affect your 2 ‘lives’ you get with the Psychometrics tests? Or is this a separate thing only some TOCs require, but the results are still stored by the OPC if you have done these tests.
