    Wheelchair passenger not allowed to board

    Just a quick question, I am a bit confused as you have mentioned on another forum "if all the facilities are there " does that mean you know they are or you dont ? Its just that the station decsription from national rail states there are no ramps etc or staff to assist anyone be they able...
