185106 seems to have been out of service now for a few months. Does anyone know where it is and why it has been missing from service for so long please?
Definitely not interested in a Class 800 appreciation group, can't believe there is such a thing, or ever will be!!. Thanks for your help but having found the 91 appreciation society it wont let me join. I have only just set up a Facebook account so I think there must be a hitch within that...
Can anyone help please? I understand there is a daily list available showing which Class 91 locos are working each day and the diagrams they are allocated to. This is shown on Facebook apparently but, how does one access the list once you are logged into Facebook?
Thanks very much for that info re 91116. Appreciated. Managed a trip to Edinburgh with it today after an aborted trip on Sunday when it failed at Neville Hill.
On way back through Newcastle saw 91124 which had failed with 90 minutes delay near Heaton working 1300 Edb-Kgx. Another failure which...
The infamous 91116 is clearly causing great frustration/disappointment to all those of us wishing to have "haulage" with it before it finally gets withdrawn in favour of Satzumas. The "cat and mouse" game with "number 16" continued again yesterday with the only consolation being that some of...
It would appear that 91116 is a particularly hard loco to get "haulage" with. Has literally spent most of this year in Bounds Green. Came out eventually on 1st November but only worked 2 trains and failed. Left Bounds Green again last Friday for 2 days before failing for todays 1428 Donc-Edb...
Many thanks to those who have advised on here that 91116 has finally returned to the ECML today after many months being confined to Bounds Green depot.
It should now end up at Heaton after working 1E31 back from Edinburgh tonight. Does anyone who is more familiar than myself with 91 diagrams...
At York today loco 91115 working 0930 Kx-Edinburgh COASTED (loco dead) into Platform 9. After various fault finding exercises by driver the train was terminated. Driver said "Multiple failures" and no hope of resurrecting power at all. Thunderbird loco requested but failed set still blocking...
Thanks for the current diagram for 91101 today. Looks like 91116 is back in "not to be moved" status for whatever reason. Hopefully someone will advise us all when she finally escapes from incarceration at Bounds Green.
After many months of maintenance at Bounds Green 91116 came out and did 1 return trip to Leeds on 1st November (which I and many others missed). It went back on Bounds Green at lunchtime that day and has not come out since.
Does anyone have any contacts that maybe know some estimate for this...
