It looks as though the following train was affected:

Which is different to what was happening before when it was the 442 that was getting the COA.
The 442s were 4L at Woking yesterday and stopped (http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/Q09537/2019/08/12/advanced). Despite not calling at Woking this morning they were just as late into Waterloo as they were yesterday. I appreciate that there can be advantages to skipping stops during...
Not impressed with SWR this morning, 9B88 failed to call at Woking this morning:

The reason given was “Train being late from the depot.” It left the depot 1E:

I think it just happened again at the same signal this morning. Not sure what was on the service on Tuesday, but I was on 2403/2410 on Wednesday and I’m on 2408/2420 this morning.
The 442s didn't return to Bournemouth last night due to a person being hit by a train at Woking. They were stabled in the yard at Clapham Junction last night. SWR didn't run 9B88 with different 442s this morning:

Not quite the full Benny Hill at Woking, but amusing nonetheless. Station staff announced that the 07:19 would depart from Platform 1. Presumably this was because the fast from the Guildford line was 3L so the signaller thought it would save time to put the 442 on 1. So everyone trudged over to...
Better run up to WAT this morning:

Would probably have been 2 minutes late into WAT had it not been for an operational incident (that's what NRE are saying) that seemed to stop trains going in and out.
A couple of other...
I was on the first train this morning from Woking. There were problems on the line this morning so it was 13 late into Waterloo. I was surprised at how many people were on the train when it arrived at Woking, but I got in the back carriage and there were plenty of seats - it will be interesting...
