I’m glad people are still volunteering to do it. It’s what I aspire to do too as I believe it’s important to support & develop others but I’ve got a long way to go yet! :-)

They are running a lot of DI courses too at the moment & have had a few over the past year so it’s not as bad as people perceive.

Thank you! That’s very reassuring to see. I think it’s just that imposter syndrome that kicks in & you start to doubt yourself but so far my TOC has shown great awareness and I’ve had nothing but support & encouragement.

Sorry to hear that. Which TOC? Some are better than others at giving the feedback. I know some TOCs will fully tell you. Area C is jargon and means nothing.

I really would not bother wasting your time on learning things like that. There are no questions along those lines at this stage they are assessing your ability to be a driver not as one.
