Yeah you can do that just fine. They do take photos at the travelhub so you do not need to worry about bringing a photograph. And you can use the ridacard as soon as it is issued. Hope this helps! :)
I could see the 12, 24 and 36 getting the 7900s after the new buses enter service (in fact when the 64 plates first joined Lothian I remeber those were the routes they were oringinally allocated for :)).
Earlier on in the thread it was mentioned that the new management could convert some decker routes into single routes within the city. Now I know nothing is confirmed at this stage but I do have some routes in mind (this is all based on observation from a regular bus user within Edinburgh...
So while at the moment there's no definitive answer, it seems that Lothian's new fleet will most likely be ADL Volvos (Volvo because I know Lothain want a uniform fleet plus it'll make it easier for maintenance etc). I do wonder though if Lothain would consider MCV bodied B5TLs/B8RLEs. How did...
