    Arriva Trains Wales news and plans

    I am surprised that the WAG don't seem to have pressed for direct trains between Aberystwyth and Cardiff. After all One Wales shouldn't just be about North to South, Mid-Wales to South would provide more Welsh stations with a direct link to the Capital.

    Air only locos, such as that 57, need a vac braked loco as translator when the coaches are vacuum braked. HTH :wink:
