Hi Re c2c I dont no if anyone can help I'm waiting on my DMI just wanted to no the shift pattern that they work And also what a shunter DMI is like? Same as mainline?

Has anyone done there DMI for any TOC Just looking to get a feel for what it's like the structure, the questions as herd a few different stories that are very different

What sort of past experiences did they ask about?

On the positive and negative side of the role what do you generally say as surely making a negative could shoot you in the foot

If I was to say when I used to travel far in my previous job I understand the fact of saying harards weather and so on But when they ask how did you keep concentration?? What can I say?? What do they want to hear? I'm guessing loud music windows open isn't the correct answers
