Free bus services.

The last time I was in Southampton the bus from railway station to the departure point for the ferry was completely free of charge.

I was fascinated by an item on the BBC 'Points West' local news programme last night. Apparently B&NES are seriously considering a £ 100 per day levy on buses/coaches as part of a cleaner air campaign. There was no mention at all of any exemption for local bus services so presumably they...
