I am on the March course and I’m taking a massive cut too, but in about 8 months you will be nearly back to normal wage but basic for a 36 hr week a pay rise is in negotiations at the mo ( not going to make much difference to the first bit but hey! ) I work here already and I have watched many...

Think it’s 4 weeks for me, but they have started to look for a replacement already, so just sat waiting lol

I currently work for Freightliner so guess that’s what they looking to do with me but could be liable to change if needed? Bit of a heads up before the official date I guess

I’ve been pencilled in for feb course also, but location is a mystery lol
