    Guard counting passengers on last train of the day

    Just to throw it out there, train disposal? If not many on count all passengers as they get off then you can be pretty sure the trains empty prior to doing a walk through.

    Northern Rail conductor recruitment

    I got a verbal offer on the 8th june after interviewing on the 7th. But all quiet since. emailed got told to wait but I'm just wondering how long i might be waiting. My notice is in at my last place perhaps a naive move on my part, but could do with getting a timeframe soon.
