I don't work for ScotRail, but at my TOC, on the odd occasion all lines through my home depot are shut due to engineering works, typically we'd all just revert to sitting spare. In reality, that would mean sign on and get told to go home if nothing is running at all. I suspect it may be similar...

I'm very much a fan of the "Lakes Connection" livery used by Stagecoach on their buses in the Lake District. Think it looks both smart and appealing. The "Lakesider" livery previously used on their buses for the open-top 599 was also really quite nice.

Looking at the photos that have been shared internally, First Class looks to be relatively unchanged apart from a replacement of the seat covers from the old SWT blue to the same blue leather that is used on the Desiros (and possibly also new tables).
