Help! Intent to avoid fare to settle out of court?

Yes this letter is from TIL. Do I write to TOC or do I have to wait for a letter from TOC first to appeal? I don’t have any representative. How do I convince them to settle it out of court? If I were to plead guilty, will it affect my student visa?

Help! Intent to avoid fare to settle out of court?

Yes I did. I don’t exactly remember how the encounter happened, but I did seem like I intentionally don’t have the ticket. Should I just call crosscountry directly and ask them if I can settle this out of court and pay a fare instead.
