    I think it will run under separate companies but also have the gbr logo so Thameslink gbr great northern gbr and southern gbr Gatwick express gbr. Too many staff who are in different terms and conditions and different salaries especially front line staff would be too expensive to harmonise pay...

    But if your ticket is your phone it falls under the regulation of the railways act 1889 therefore you can hand over your phone if necessary and this would be to check previous purchases if you got nothing to hide I can’t really see a problem but I doubt no inspector wants to handle your phone...

    Seems they have the correct address to send you a letter to retract the penalty fare and change to intent to prosecute. Did you give a false or previous address to the inspector seems strange the letter found you. it’s the only way I understand it?
