Regarding first few days.... You do a company 3 day induction at Kentish town. Very informal, just wear trousers and a shirt, no tie needed or suit Jacket. Congratulations to everyone

I'm on my second week for training and we had a almost a different trainer every day. They said there are 8 courses currently running my end with only 5 trainers so you can see the issues. Sure everyone will get there in the end.

It's just a company induction first 3 days and just wear trousers and shirt. No need for ties, suit jackets etc.

Re References. I started today and they still haven't asked for my references so I wouldn't worry too much

Feel everyone's pain in this thread. I start on Monday and just wondered if any fellow new starters who are already training could answer if on your first few days they give you a years training roster with holidays etc!? Also anyone at King's cross now the shift pattern for when your qualified...
