They ask you what do you know about GTR/Why you want to be a driver/ working unsociable hours and challenges train drivers would face.. These are opening questions and you will not be scored on.
There are like 8 questions after that: examples on working to high standard/ working as a team/...
To my understanding Drivers would have one route , let's say ... drivers at Bedford would go to Brighton/ Luton - Sutton / St Albans - Sevenoaks and so on.. (I spoke to them today and they don't know the answer as no one has made a decision yet) So it will not be the same as it is now where...
I asked this question in my interview and they said that they haven't decided but it won't be the same as it is now where you have to know them all.. It will be one or two routes for each depot.

Purplejonsey, I don't think that they would offer you Cricklewood if you live on GN . They usually ask what is your preferred depot in DMI.

Hi all, I am preparing for my MMI interview and I came across this forum. Baz - failing DMI is not a bid deal as you know that you can try again in 6 months and it will not count as your second attempt.
