Definitely not. They receive thousands of applications every time they advertise for jobs and just like all other TOC’s they have the ability to pick and choose. A lot of people want to work for them as it’s a good wage for the area.

For what its worth mine has now changed to application in progress rather than received. Not sure if that’s an automated thing but it’s just happened since Saturday when I last checked.
