I have just seen an H reg Olympian on the 42 heading from Garstang back to Lancaster. I can't understand why these old vehicles are being used on front line services, should they not have been down graded to school services only? I know the 42 is not a low floor service but even an S/D B10...

How come the "shuttle bus" is coming as far south as Garstang? Are timings etc been affected that much with the bus station closure?

Not sure what the PVR for the 42 is, but it is really good to see it using L/F buses, especially Tridents as a MAN is not ofetn large enough, I have used it several time recently and by the time you hit Poulton it can be standing room only. Hopefully when the changes occur at Morecambe in Sept...
