I would imagine qualified drivers would have the upper hand anyway. Less training cost.

The initial sift is done via computer software. It picks out key words from your cover letter.

No, Not at all. Just enjoy it. Don't be nervous, it's nothing like having an interview. I didn't feel any pressure at all. Just be you, unless you are terrible of course lol.

You are given a sheet during assessments with dates and locations to choose from for if you are successful.

There were also a few candidates that didn't bring any documents with them (as specified on the joining instructions) and a couple who turned up late. Wouldn't think that would do you any favours either.:roll:

Casual was not mentioned in the joining instructions. Just be aware of that. :wink:

Hi. Yes I attended an assessment and no, there is no preparation you can do. You will have 3 group tasks to complete, your group will keep changing so you don't get too friendly with the group. The trick is to be yourself. Nobody knows exactly what they are looking for so it's a waste of time...
