The journey stuff was just done using bustimes API and some excel magic.
Sadly block data is patchy on BusTimes but predictions for the new services based on the available data:
37A 05:47 M-F runs onto a 7 (although I think this will actually be a 24 at 06:49)

ECB journey stats:
Weekdays: was 501 now 486 (2 extra 106s, 2 extra 107s, 2 less 124s, 9 less X5s, 10 less X7s, 2 more X4s)
Saturday: was 478 now 459 (10 less X5s, 9 less X7s)
Sunday: was 299 now 300 (1 more 106)

It's high time we copied our European neighbours and opted for level boarding via a front door and level exit by a middle door. Middle door would also be the entry/exit for buggies, prams and wheelchairs. Beyond the middle door you could have higher section of seating for better comfort on...
The numbers are the block numbers and can be obtained from Edinburgh bus tracker API. It's certainly not a perfect system the matching but a good go is had at it.
Looking at September 2025 Vs February 2026 PVRs and journey counts:
Sunday
ECB PVR was 30, now 26 (individually translates as +1 on X4, -2 on X7, -1 on 113, -1 on 124) / Was 331 journeys, now 299 (-3 on 106, -8 on 113, -14 on 124, +9 on X4, -14 on X7)
LCB PVR was 47, now 45 (individually...
Interesting on the 22/A route change...didn't see that one coming.
X31 is moving Liberton Hosp stop to the Xroads which makes sense.
X33 testing demand for new local links is the biggest PR waffle ever but happy to see Walter Scott stop removed.
39 looks messy but covers most links - shame not...
You could cover Brixwold by having the X31s go from Hopefield round Bairds way and onto Cockpen road...I think the B6392 did used to have the X31 (pre Hopefield?)
