Fairly easy to get a permanent swap at Hornsey if need be to permanent t earlies, lates, nights if that is preferable to working your rosta. I do perm earlies but wife works from home two days a week so around to do school run.

Go to the assessment , gtr are enhanced pass mark. Did you pass to enhanced standard with SWr?. Also gtr do an extra fault finding test. MMI and DMI on separate days!

Thanks for the reply. It’s actually my brother in law who’s applied for the role. He done the English, maths, mechanical comprehension at home in a computer with them watching him via a camera. I’m in the industry as a driver already but this is the first job he’s applied for on the railways.

Hey guys, has anyone had an interview In The past with DB cargo for mobile operative. Just wondering if the interview will have competency based questions or is it more relaxed with the usual what do you know about the company type questions. Any advice or pointers much appreciated. Thanks.

I’m on September course. Been a two year wait in their talent pool but finally there!!

I think some of the people going through at the moment will be luck enough to get in in September. I think maybe 3 already in for September leaving 5 spaces.

I’m not on in June as I was told to self isolate for 12 weeks at medical by doctor due to immune suppressed medication I take. So another painful wait for September to roll around.

Had my DMI last week. Awaiting medical after two years in talent pool. This is gonna screw the whole country.

It would seem that way. Have been asked to do the hogan test again in preparation. I was sent a link with dates and times for interviews. Starting next week. Think there was eleven slots. My hunch is there are 8 places on the course although can’t verify and that they will choose the best 8.

Has everyone else received an email today with a link to book an interview. Spoke to Roopali and she said because it has been 2 years they want to interview again. I’m stunned to be honest and feel a bit sick at this news. If anyone speaks to her can you ask how many places there are on the course.
