Information screens are being renewed at Avanti operated stations (Preston was done a couple of months ago I think). Setting this up on older screens in the advent of replacement would mean configuring it twice, effectively paying twice, so this would be straightforward once all of the stations...
The simple answer is yes, even if screens appear to have had issues for a longer period of time. These things are picked up through service quality audits as well as whether it’s picked up by conductors on the platform.
It should be on station information boards as the data is now received the same as the TPE app. Is there a particular station where it doesn’t appear to be doing this?
I think it also depends on investment as well as reliability those few decades later. I can see some of the Stadler fleets knocking around in the 2050s.
At these stations there should always be someone on the Network Rail desk, but out of hours would be via any help points provided around the station or dial 999 if an emergency situation and seek contracted staff on site
From York to Kings Cross the fastest services are pathed to take 110m, so I make that 102.8mph.
Similarly, it's 107m from Warrington BQ to Euston and I make that 101.7mph.

The original intention was to order an entire fleet of IETs but the turnaround time was longer than required - they probably still wouldn't all be built by now. The Nova 3 was there to get around that (and Nova 2 Civity in conjunction with what Northern have introduced), with a quicker...
Regular Hyde Central commuter here - today and yesterday I used the first service of the morning (being operated by a 195) to get to Romiley so I can then catch either the 0813 from Sheffield (which was cancelled yesterday) or the 0823 via Bredbury in the circumstance that the 0813 is cancelled...
Manchester Victoria platforms 3 - 6 are particularly draughty. Have spent many early mornings and late evenings stood there with the wind and rain funneling the cold air through the gap in the roof on 3/4
